I had a conversation with Trax in 2013/14 on the forum after I had hydraulic issues with my Komatsu pw140-7 regarding what hydraulic oil to use . After much conversation Trax advised a morris lubricants oil . I’m pretty sure it was an engine oil possibly w30 or similar .
I bought a drum and used it and it has worked fine since then and I’ve had no issues (touch wood)
The thing is I want to change it again and I can’t find the spec . I thought I’d check out the conversation on the ce forum but I can’t access it anywhere . Does anyone know if we can still access it anywhere ?

being a diesel engine oil, that will almost certainly have detergents in it too ..... however, if it's been fault free for years, get on to Morris,s and see if they still do it or have an equivalent replacement for it ... they're a good company to deal with .. used to buy hydraulics from them, for the cranes, FLT, s, machines, etc..

It’s what I do!
Would you ever use it as hydraulic mick ?
It’s used in a the 1.5 t hydrostatic dumpers for every thing, but! I did do a little jcb front loader a while back which was filled with Utto but had to be drained, and refilled, with 5w30 before anything would work hydraulically!
