Calserv did my last one.
If you have a Leica ezicat make sure the place that does the servicing is actually able to do them as not everywhere has the kit

weren't they A plant?? wouldn't have trusted our local depot to tune a radio :cry:

They are an American company that has been on a buying spree in the UK.
A plant is among the companies they have bought as well as some surveying equipment companies. I think our local one is Opti-cal. And I think some traffic management firms.
So you may drop it at an ex a-plant depot but I think it would go to a survey firm to sort.

Where in the country are you based as that'll make a bit of difference as to where you'll want to use.

I've never had mine done but I wouldn't stand by it on a site either I have it because there's never one on a domestic job

How do you go about calibrating one then Fred? Mine was last done in 2001 so pretty sure its older than USB itself. But the principle should be the same?

I think if yours is that old it's probably better you get a newer one. Early 2000's i think something changed and most cat scanners became obsolete and all manufacturers brought new ones out (something to do with radio frequency they used and interference i think).
