A plant is among the companies they have bought as well as some surveying equipment companies. I think our local one is Opti-cal. And I think some traffic management firms.
So you may drop it at an ex a-plant depot but I think it would go to a survey firm to sort.

What software is that?i do my own, the software is free and you can buy calibration credits.

I think if yours is that old it's probably better you get a newer one. Early 2000's i think something changed and most cat scanners became obsolete and all manufacturers brought new ones out (something to do with radio frequency they used and interference i think).How do you go about calibrating one then Fred? Mine was last done in 2001 so pretty sure its older than USB itself. But the principle should be the same?
