I’m confused, new machine is broken , take it back to the dealer to fix? I have never put a spanner to a machine under warranty!
I don’t buy the dealers argument that a 6k machine is for household use only, no one in the right mind spends 6k on a machine that can only be used for 1 hour a week or it will self implode! You just hire one for £150 a week once a year to turn the veg plot over!!

We have asked you to get in touch and we will happily help you please provide us the serial number a telephone number or contact us on 07919203185 and like we have said many months ago we will do one of 3 things
We will either send all parts out under warranty.
more replace the machine or will give a full refund .
but you need to contact us as nothing will get sorted posting on the page
We are the main importer of the brand and wish for you to get in touch .
how can we put the machine right or sort the machine out , when you have not got in touch with us . Under the consumer rights act
We have 3 options
1 . The machine gets returned to the dealer you bought it from
It gets inspected and checked for defects and fully repaired for any defects found in a timely manner
2. The machine gets replaced for another machine if we can not repairs for any reason
3. Which if you feel you have had no luck with the machine the please call us and we will give you a full refund and take the machine back from you .

We did ask you months ago to get in touch and tell us about your issues for us to put right .
