has always been security at the entrance .. Alun 'installed' his own guy(s) to oversee the place once he owned it.

at some point a few/several weeks ago, the pikies 'invaded' - took the security guy captive at gun point, and installed their 'encampment' under cover indoors .. took the 'change of shift' similarly captive and began to gut the premises of anything worth having .. there are cables coming into site the size of your legs ... and every thing down, all round the site, plus all sorts of other 'goodies'.

security guys were eventually 'missed', by which time Alun had had a 'ransom demand' for them :oops: ...
obviously plod became involved, but Alun paid to get his guys back (undisclosed/unknown sum) at which point all became aware that these tw*ts were 'tooled up' and armed response became involved
these c***s had been in there well over a week at this point and probably had cleared most of 'the good stuff'
some sort of stand off ensued (all extremely low key - this is right beside a couple of main trunk roads) and I'm told these ba***rds were allowed to 'disperse' without any 'known' further action (If I know Alun he has people out looking for them all ;);) .. he's a multi-millionaire, who would not take this lightly)

can you ****ing believe the brass neck of these c***s :oops: ......... or that they got away with it - -was considered in the best interests of public safety, apparently ... surround it with snipers and just take them out as and how :mad: - stand alone facility, outside the town, low lying beneath the adjacent roads

It is absolutely beyond any level of belief now.
Not said about this before as it boils my blood too much 💀
Site I've been involved in on and off ....took every scrap of copper before they guys im helping bought it. Even ripped genset out of a decent 400kw Perkins Genny . The amount of work for the return is pretty pitiful. Surely it's easier to get a proper job FFS. Only satisfaction was a lot of first aid kit remnants spread about in a certain area 🤣🤣🤣

To add insult to injury they dumped loads of additional insulation and outers etc.
All red stuff so either from DNO or similar.
Site now pretty secure but they just waltz in at will. Taken anything that's left over night. From gas bottles to extension leads. Round here unless it's manned properly they'll be in.
Utter scourge on society now..aided and abetted by a back room gang of lawyers who'll assist them under the guise of discrimination etc . This lot we pretty certain ain't even of the travelling variety some twat sold them a crappy plot of land along side mway that police won't go in. Caused all sorts of chaos as they have parked along hard shoulder to do goodness knows what and cops closed it for safety reasons 😲
Absolutely lawless bunch of scum far removed from the cute travelling tinkers. Kids even go to local school!

I had the ratings officer come look at my w/shop maaaany years ago and it was enlightening ....
they start with the assumption you're in a brand new building, fully insulated etc., at a 10 rating, then deduct from that point for what you DON'T have.o_O:mad:

my building was 1940 - have the original plans for it - single skin, cement fibre sheet clad, to two walls, brick the other two, big six roof(was probably azzy actually) and glazed the entire length of the roof for 1/3rd each side ....
like a bloody deep freeze in winter - no matter how much heat you poured into it.:cry:

the system is a farce :mad:................. and then you have the 'drive by' assessments for domestic !!!!! o_Oo_Oo_O

If I was that guy I would fight them tooth and nail - in the courts if need be

agreed, but he did say them wanting 8% of his turnover as 'rates'/UBR was the final straw :mad: :mad: ... 's yer profit gone instantly ... a fixed amount you can 'budget' for in your overheads .... that is just taking the piss (and criminal IMHDO)

forgot to add that the effort got my UBR almost halved to just short of a grand a month, which was still a ludicrously stupid amount, but was at least a 'fixed' overhead :rolleyes:

would not entertain any back dating (for the10 years I was asking for :giggle::giggle:)
