do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
certainly early/mid '90s guys
...
I bought a place in '91 which had two titles/deeds relating to two halves of the grounds ... it took an age to get it registered then and it had only been transacted on previously in '89
bought my old yard in 84/5 and that was all paper deeds, which we voluntarily registered in the process.
Pam's lad works at the land reg. in Plymouth and they're in a hell of a state ATM ....
desperately understaffed and constantly 'fire fighting', trying to keep on top sales transactions ...
some of the back log is months, not helped by mostly inept solicitors failing to do the job properly and supply all required in one hit.
Voluntary reg.s are right at the bottom of the pile, currently and any-thing with the slightest of issues is again, months behind.......and getting worse
no idea what the Wales land reg. office is like currently.
