as far as being more helpful - it's nothing to spend an hour in a queue, waiting to speak with someone, who then tells you they don't really know/you need a different dept. (and put you back on hold/in a queue)/you need to put your Q in writing and send it in
they owe me circa £5k, by my reckoning - trying to get it back has been like pushing treacle up a wall, in a heat wave
