I remember an MP claiming something like 49p for milk once and the admin cost of this was around £7 all in all for junior civil servants.

I had a proper letter from the Pru yesterday asking for my NI, DOB etc as they need the details for HMRC. Badly photocopied header, wrong font, printed on a bit of bog roll. At least they made more effort than these online scammers.
