I'm not quite sure I understand....could you reiterateJust incase it wasn’t confirmed, rhinox buckets suck!
Again bmc are top banana. I also can't fault their product or service

But what everyone had failed to mention is that rhinox supply there buckets with a bag of Haribo. That's got to be worth something hasn't it?Just incase it wasn’t confirmed, rhinox buckets suck!
Just drop the Stihl saw(or other proven cutting method) through the nut and off it popsNice but is it not a pain in the arse getting the bolts on and off by the time they/threads worn etc?
Yeah I get cutting them off if needed but reckon the faffing around with that be easier to just have a set of tooth buckets and set of flat edge .Just drop the Stihl saw(or other proven cutting method) through the nut and off it pops![]()
That's my reasoning for having certain sized buckets in both.Yeah I get cutting them off if needed but reckon the faffing around with that be easier to just have a set of tooth buckets and set of flat edge .

Mine have been okay on micro to be fair. Teeth bend a bit but it’s not often I’m doing anything more than looking for pipes so probably gentle compared to mostJust incase it wasn’t confirmed, rhinox buckets suck!
Says the man with more buckets and attachments than the rest of the forum combined!mr Money bags![]()
He's got catching up to do. I'm beating him ATM.Says the man with more buckets and attachments than the rest of the forum combined!![]()
Yeah maybe. But to have all the gear tilties, hydraulic hitches etc but then have to cut bolts of when you need a bladed bucket for the sake of a £1k for a set of buckets seems a little counterintuitivemr Money bags![]()

I did this on my 3cx.. ended up with 18 buckets for one machine!Thistooth and smooth no messing around
I agree with this, I usually take a Toothed bucket for hard digging and a bucket with a weld on edge for digging out clay. A bolt on edge just creates an area for the bucket to start sticking up.Yeah I get cutting them off if needed but reckon the faffing around with that be easier to just have a set of tooth buckets and set of flat edge .
No, 3/4 Milwaukee impact gun takes care of them. Very occasionally you might have to heat or cut one.Nice but is it not a pain in the arse getting the bolts on and off by the time they/threads worn etc?
If you’re going to a job blind I far prefer to carry spare teeth and bolts plus impact gum, as opposed to a whole second set of buckets.Yeah maybe. Yeah I had that setup cat teeth with a blade welded on but never put teeth on, with tilty I just have ripper and give it a scratch if needed, not a lot of bony trenching here.I did this on my 3cx.. ended up with 18 buckets for one machine!
Now I just have cat tip tooth buckets with a plate made up for each one, knock the pins out and swap between teeth/blade. Rarely get changed as small buckets stay with blade on anyway!
Drain field?Yeah I had that setup cat teeth with a blade welded on but never put teeth on, with tilty I just have ripper and give it a scratch if needed, not a lot of bony trenching here.
Don't often use 600mm digging tbh
Dug this yesterday with scandi and ripper to tease a couple of stones out with.
