Bucket repairs

I’ve found it false economy to repair buckets on small 1.5/2.5 ton machines.time you have cut the edge of and welded another on it’s not really dearer to buy a new one.but I guess we never add in labour cost .

It’s a 7 toner but if you can get a bucket for 450 it still seems like a bit of a false economy. Don’t know what I’d do with this bucket can’t see someone buying it with the pins cut out though

Put some pins in it, make it fit something common, like 3cx, and stick it in your local auction. People go nuts for wanked out old buckets for some reason

If I make it fit a 3cx I might as well use it on my digger lol I'll put the ears on and we'll see
