Bobcat E27. Is it a good choice?

hello guys,
I'm from Poland. Will ask here because can't find too many opinions about Bobcat E27 on polish forums. Im planning to buy mini excavator 2,5-3T. It will be a machine for personal use, on a big plot. I will use it for leveling the ground, removing small stumps and digging small ponds. I read in some thread here that this machine is not the best choice for grading the ground. The seller says it's very good because it has a floating front blade. Do you have any experience with grading with the floating blade?
I've read also some bad things on the quality of painting of all Bobcats.
My second option is Yanmar SV26. If someone worked on both machines I would be glad to read his opinions

There’s better machines for groundworks. E27 excels as a machine for handling timber with a grab etc but grading isn’t as good as others.

Cat are silky smooth in the grading department.

The yanmar grades nicely but the cab is awful, and the boom only offsets a small amount to the left making it very cumbersome in tight spaces or digging offset.

If it’s a big plot by don’t you consider larger machines?

I agree about the quality of the cab, feel much better quality in Bobcat.

I want to buy new machine. Larger ones are out of my budget.

I think there is some confusion. We don't tend to use the blade for grading. We used the bucket. We used the blade for rough work. Cleaning up to and levelling the machine. The bobcat doesn't grade as smoothly with the boom just due to the hydraulics being not as smooth as other makes.

I think my bad english is a reason of confusion. I don't have any experience with excavators but I understand that finishing of the grading process is made with the bucket. What I meant about the front blade was rather rough work than making it perfect. But good to know about the hydraulic smoothness. thanks.

The blade float is useful occasionally but I wouldn’t base the purchase of a particular model around it.

It was handy on the 802 super I had back in the day for working around bunker surrounds etc on golf courses, but I haven't had a machine with it on since and like people have said it's not high on the options imho.
