Benford pt6000 losing drive under load

Hi.
I have a benford terex pt6000 with a Perkins engine.
We’ve used it more recently whilst moving about 600 ton of hillside. It’s stopped driving though. It will just about go with no load on a flat service but put anything in it or climb a hill and it’s not happening. Zero movement in 2 of the gears, slightly better in one then just a little better in the last. It’s parked up now for fear of getting it stuck.
Does anyone have any ideas? It’s 20 years old. Serviced with new filter and oils etc. engine sounds sweet so it’s not that and hydraulics are all good. Thank you.

Hey mick. Thanks for the reply,
Changed the engine oil, trans oil and hydraulic oil and those three filters. Have I missed one? It was doing this before I did all those. Have I missed something?

have a look at the axle breathers on them scroll to around 29.30 on the video if the breathers get blocked the axles pressurise and lock the brakes on

Will double check when I’m up there. Pretty sure they’re clear as I’ve cleaned the whole machine off before bringing it in for service but I’ll double check

Makes no difference to be honest bud the oil that came out was red this was/is clear.

Is it clutchless? Sounds like no drive from engine to gearbox etc do they have like a rubber drive dohnut type thing? Our Sanderson telehandler had one that went lost drive but that was hydrostatic

Flywheel, drive plate, torque converter, gearbox f/r clutches into manual 4 speed box out to transfer box!

what additives does the oil used have in it ? (thinking Dexron specifically)

UTTO can be clear or dyed(red) there is a pressure switch on the box you could find someone to do a pressure test on the box!
