Mixture. I love the cat guns, others are shite in comparison (my newest cat gun ive dedicated to the hammer grease)....but the none cat guns are annoying me so I'm thinking of sacking all those off and use a battery gun instead.

I've a gun for every machine aswell as the grab lorry....so ive no reason to not grease them and ive always a tube or 2 spare on them all.

Have you tried the Fuchs reiner guns? I have a Mato one and don't get the same problems I used to have with standard guns and cartridges. A mate bought a Milwaukee M18 greaser for his harvester/forwarder and didn't get on with it went back to the Fuchs system

This is the one I have- https://shop.lrtlubricants.co.uk/products/mato-one-hand-grease-gun-to-suit-500g-reiner

I've got 3 18v makita guns . They never airlock or leave any grease in the tube. I haven't tried any others but I also haven't felt the need to because the makita is so good

I've use Milwaukee M12, M18 and Makita 18v

The M12 is s**t. The M18 so-so. The Makita by far the best, luckily for you with your existing batteries.

It's rare I recommend a Makita tool over a Milwaukee but this is one of those occasions..

Does anyone else find the Makita dribbles a bit of grease out after you take it off the nipple? Mine just seems to make a mess, I find myself just using the Alemite instead.
