Quite a bit of oil all around, the problem you have could be a pilot leak on the o ring at the end of the spool! Wash it off get a better look

You could still be looking at the 15 x 2.5mm o ring around the fitting for the boom down service, the o ring sits in a recess around the fitting, under a washer and lock nut.
