Whoops ...someone went to hassle of stripping it but not rebuilding it...what does that tell you...bold move for anything more than absolute stealwonder who the owner p*ssed off

Surprised it was allowed. I down rated our 4.5 truck to 3.5 and they needed photos and weighbridge tickets and a description of what we were going to carry (empty tanks)
