my end of the world, although other side of the county. 110v gear lasts forever. Probably because we pick up the cordless tool instead 90% of the time!

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
you'll not find a cordless one of these ... it'll broach 100mm in 2" plate .... have had mine circa 30+ years
