As per title really, anyone running a Wacker Neuson EZ26-2? Or had a go in one?

Seem to be quite a bit different from the outgoing model, just interested to hear some thoughts

My local dealer has offered me a 26-2 for a week to try one out- can't say fairer then that. Ive only sat in it and moved around their yard this far and can is very nicely laid out, but would be good to put it through it's paces a bit. The zero bit obviously puts me off although on paper it's more stable at full stretch then a Kubota kx027-4 which given the physics is hard to imagine- but would like to try it never the less

Yea I’ve a 26-2, any questions just fire away
Thanks, I'm looking at a used one, with very low hours (118) and a couple of months warranty left. I wanted to know if there were any known issues and if it was a good bet for a long term investment. I also want to put a tilt rotator on it at a later date, and was interested in how it would handle one, especially given its a zero turn

Can’t lie and say ours has been an angel, when she was about 3 months old she got a new valve block. When working on a slope the slew kept creeping downhill, dealer traced it to a faulty valve slice, but instead of just changing that one slice, they put a whole new valve block in. Been fine since bar having to get the pressures set, which I think it’s probably related to the first issue.

Wouldn’t have any worries about buying another one, just unlucky but it was the first one sold in Ireland so what can you expect, the luck of the 1st of a new range 😅

She’s fast and powerful, and lifts really well. Easier to put fuel in than the previous model, everything is well laid out for maintenance etc. Engine is at the back on the new models so isn’t as noddy as the -1s.

The cab is also redesigned, more legroom and electric throttle with auto idle etc is nice. One thing that pisses me off is that needs a laptop to reset the service hours
