Had to go last year and had a few hours to kill nice spot. . Deffo visit Portland bill and get fish and chips
Wish had more time looked some good paddle boarding spots.

Went there 4 years ago for a little holiday Nice pub at Osmington Mills, the smugglers Inn I think, right on the coast.
Lulworth cove is quite cool but a real tourist trap. Nice walks along the cliffs either side of it though.
Portland bill as well particularly down the bottom end of it.
West end is worth a visit- the beach there is where they filmed Broadchurch and the cliffs are pretty unique.
Maiden Castle ok. Its free and we went there on one evening for a walk.

Great climbing on Portland.
Chisel beach is big but once you've seen one rock you've seen them all.
Bovingdon tank museum isn't too far away to get your fix of tracked vehicles
Durdle Door/ Lulworth cove is nice for an ice cream that you need to take a mortgage out to buy
Lyme Regis good for sandcastle building
