Don't know about a Volvo, but a Bobcat E27 is a beautiful fit and it tows perfectly. I'm sure it will fit, it can't be any wider than the Bobcat.

It's a lovely trailer, double check the Volvo width vs the Bobcat online to be sure but I would recommend.

Have you got the ecr 25 nick ?
I’ve already got the trailer but it’s beaver tail so wondered about width and would the beaver tail bit effect it sitting back far enough

Fits on perfect , no issue with beavertail .
Put it on blade at the back first ride out but found it tows much better blade at front , plenty of room for buckets etc .

Does it rock with the back of the tracks over the beaver tail ?

Yes from new , 1800 hrs in just over 3 years had a slight hydraulic oil leak on the pipe from the filter clip not tight enough and one belly plate bolt fell out after about a year .
Volvo fitter days it's a common fault belly plate bolts not torque up tight enough in the factory.
And the dead man plastic cover splits about every 500 hrs replaced under warranty and always with the new modified part lol !
In my opinion the best all round trailer friendly mini and I regularly drive a u27 !

That’s a good heads up . I wanted a conventional swing and first look was ec27d or yanmar sv26 but I’ve been put off the yanmar with strange offset but my own ec18c has been brilliant so a Volvo was always a good option , I’ve moved to the ec25D despite it being zero swing because it fits the bill for towing it and doesn’t seem to lack too much for being a zero swing .

Have a look at capital plant , my local volvo dealer got a ecr25d and a 27 both ex demo for sale and both priced competitively against new .

Ive had both and only changed to the ec27d because the zero swing ecr25d was a bit noddy with the Tiltrotator, all i would say is go through the spec sheets carefully, a 27 without the counterweight is not much heavier than a 25 with one and although they appear very much the same the 27 has slightly greater pump output and larger rams and operates quite differently.
