do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
looking at the pix and thinking they're having better weather than us, then saw it was listed 11 weeks ago ... so maybe the price is not as right as you'd think

I wouldn’t have thought £6200 was too bad depending on the definition of needing a spruce.

Well I paid £7500 for my 53plate moffett 3 years ago so I’m trying to make myself feel better! Although to be fair it had only done 750 hours and it’s been faultless for all the time I’ve had it and cost nothing apart from Loler and engine service.

I paid £4500 plus vat three years ago for a three year old 1.8t Hyundai with less than 500 hours on it.
Thats some low hours on a regular FLT. My 1999 Jungheinrich had done 7000 plus when I got it in 2016. Clock has stopped now so its stopped going up. Think that was £3500 with full service and Loler. Your Hyundai was a steal..

Did you actually steal it… or was it an auction deal of the decade?

What people ask and what people get are very different things. Especially with things like forklifts which have a limited end user market compared to a mini digger.

Mine was from a furniture outlet store in Bognor- Polish owner was packing it in and going back home.

It had been on eBay for £5500 plus vat for a few weeks. I asked what his best price was. Nice spec on it- triple mast FFl with sideshift and a fourth service. 1.8t capacity diesel with a Kubota lump. Should last a good few years.

As she was when I collected her. The mast jammed when I was testing it as it had never been used higher than the first stage!
