The left lever works fine, the right one is solid, presumably frozen, would anyone take a guess as to where that point might be?
You might say 'go look' lol, but it's sat in a field surrounded by at least a foot of frozen snow and I don't know if the linkage is even accessible!

shallow bucket/tray, couple of litres of cherry and some rags, light it and place under the front of the machine, between the tracks in a sensible location, not to catch the machine alight, to give it some warmth -- toast mits whilst waiting for it all to warm up and leave the engine warming too ;)

I'd hazard a guess the pivot at the bottom of the leave, or snow blow in and froze by the valve block.
Pull the mat up you may see the pivot:unsure:

my younger brother used to work for Robert Wynns Heavy Haulage, in Zooport and on a frosty morning was std practice to get the big motors going easy .. half a 5 gallon can, two litres of cherry and some rags .. light and slide under the sumps (on the floor) to warm the oil and the blocks .. never failed apparently

To free it you take off the front light grill, pull the light out to reveal the pivots and linkage. Put a stout bar against the linkage and smack it with a hammer :)
Always nice when a poster comes back and gives the advice that he was seeking for himself!! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Fair play and it's a tad cold out today as well.
