3/4 QR snapped....

Anyone seen this before.
Hooked flail onto kx57 and then pop...hopped out thinking I hadn't put qr on properly..
No...the friggin thing had smashed off leaving top ring in.

Was maybe due changing a while ago. Depending on make some don't last that long. Usually start to leak before doing that mind.

I wouldn't worry about bit stuck in female too much you should replace in pairs (m + f fitting) anyway

I've worked on a lot of farms and never even seen the roughest on stockman manage that on a telehandler
Is it from running breakers ???

Yes with the breaker causing the return line to pulse due to back pressure normally. Heat build up doesn't help either

Depending on make of fitting some are utter junk. I had some on my 175 on a pecking job which were lasting 20 mins (must have been a bad batch) went back to the make I've always used and never changed them again on the job (actually not for over 12 months

Flowfit ones don’t last for me. Holmbury have been good, I have one that must be five years old!!

They'll probably all be ok if you're not doing any hammer work (assuming you don't)
