2016 Thwaites 6Ton - Parts Manual, No Start

I bought a 2016 Thwaites Mach2066 6Ton dumper for my farm. Has Deutz TCD3.6 L4 engine. I'm located in Vermont, USA. Overall, it seems to be in good condition and has under 2k hours. I have the service manual and operator's manual. The service manual does not include a full wiring schematic. Is there one to be had? Does anyone know where I can get the full parts manual? Machine was running fine, but now it won't start. Fuel pump fuse blew after starting it on a wet day. Happened again, but when I replaced the machine would not start. Hour meter reads HR ERR. Battery functions work, horn, blinkers. No sound when turning key. Yes, it is in neutral, parking brake is on. Starter has 12v of power when key is turned. Seatbelt wire is cut and wired together and doesn't seem to be an issue. The rops rotary beacon wiring was cut and dangling, I disconnected and removed it at the clip. I have checked all the fuses in the panel, also all the relays in the panel. Also checked the three relays under the dash. Is there another obvious relay or fuse to check that I have missed? Any chance there is an experienced mechanic on here who would be willing to video chat with me to diagnose via what's app? I would gladly pay a fare full hourly rate. Would probably be a lot more efficient than working through it with my local tech who has no experience with the machine.

Ok can you send a photo of fuse box type, I think you will have metal box cover type under bonnet,

Take the grey cover off the relays change the fuel pump relay for one of the others, replace the blown fuse, ignition on see if fuel pump pumps fuel, put the relay back, see if it starts!

I double checked the fuses (nothing blown) I replaced the relay - new one on left, old on right. Still no start.

Also, I didn't mention in my first post that I replaced the dump pedal spring prior to the no start issues. Had the floor plate off. Spring was actually fine, but pedal was seized on what I will call the pivot bolt.

To be sure, is the engine turning over or not? You said there was 'no sound' when turning the key, so presumably not....

If it works get a relay, they do tend to burn the board.

Yep we have cut the wiring underneath the board before and put new relay in outside the fuse box. And a 40 amp or above one, as long as you have fuel pressure it should start!

Engine not turning over. No sounds at all when turning key.

I did notice the board below the fuel pump relay looked a little suspicious with black burn mark. Maybe I will try and unbolt the board and see if there is any obvious damage / burnt wires.

It’s just bad contact at the board, it’s normal for the fuel pump circuit relay! I would cut the wiring below the board and re-end them to fit a new relay!!

Thanks for all the advice! Finally had a warm day here and I was able to do as suggested. Refit new relay terminal ends and machine started. I don't love leaving the relay dangling below the fuse box, but I'm probably never going to get new proper terminal ends that fit in the plastic housing. Thanks again for the help!
