I missed them ….. they were to cheap to leave behind, annoyingly there was more than one of each too…

They all have their faults that why I do what I do

Oh no doubt there’s always plenty to mend the worse has been the diesel electric hybrid komatsu 35t had to wait weeks for that to be mended and had to be done by komatsu as you have to discharge a capacitor due to the voltage it runs at (not something I fully understand so I could have that wrong )

It’s abit of a pricing reset more than anything then? we just need the new prices to start reflecting now! Used prices have been extremely strong for the last 2/3 years!

They';ve dropped plenty. Big difference between what people are asking on FB etc and what things are actually changing hands for.

Large machines tend to be held by dealers who are more attuned to the actual state of the market.

I dont think this is a reset, SK130s are 110k new making 50k 1 year old .... its a signal

Aye, and she says a lot of older people take a massive long term mortgage, not seeing it as buying a house, just a really cheap rent to see them out

it's a very interesting idea and much better than this equity release crap.
Can get a true value loan against your property, that generally is only increasing in value and free up massive amounts of wonga, that you've already contributed a much smaller percentage towards ... our place must've at least double in value in the last 12 years, since i stole it
