Hi All
I am new to this forum so sorry for pilling in with a request so earlier. I really would like some reassurance about a company I am looking to purchase some plant from for a self build. I say self build I have had a builder who has caused a few issues so have decided to go it alone. The company is Aitch Plant and Equipment based in Hertfordshire. Has anyone had any dealings with them? I thank you all in advance for your time and any feed back.

Never heard of them, but that doesn’t mean a lot….

But I don’t like the look of it personally, stuff seems too cheap is the first impression and pics of plant in multiple locations were early alarm bells while browsing their site. Then I spotted a Kubota pictured in Sandhill Plant‘s ( @Regy53 ) yard, which again is too cheap, so it screams SCAM to me….

@The home engineer have you had any contact with them? Are you able to view the item and confirm it exists? To be honest you need to do that somehow anyway, whatever you buy, but i would be surprised if you find anything if you visit their yard, if they even have one, as they like pictures of other peoples yards a bit too much…..

You are correct total scammers. Sent me an invoice with no VAT. When I said I will do a bank transfer after seeing the digger on collection they got all funny in the email. Thank you for the advice and again please pass on Aitch Plant and Equipment is a scam. I came across a link to this alleged company via an eBay link.

It seems like the scammers have used Aitch demolition as a cover, could do them a lot of harm if this is the case. I think they have even used the company registration number and details on their website. So when checking on company house they look like they have a high profit and turn over
