Don't complain - suggest what's better
Local recovery lot to me has one. I think they imported it from US. They got it when there was a purge on untaxed/untested/uninsured cars arround Portsmouth. They could pull up and have the car away before the owners came out and attacked them.

yeh ... thought about it after and the load is hung directly on the arm's hook, unless they've got a pull lift on there for fine adjustment, in situOnly if they cut the straps
