Another jolly statistic to add to the fuel price nightmare. 30% of the world‘s wheat comes from Russia and Ukraine. I didn’t realise we imported anything from Ukraine and apart from oil and gas from Russia, but it only gets worse which is I guess what fed into Putin’s decision that the West would do very little if he invaded.

I thought rebar was mostly chinese these days but apparently a lot of weld mesh comes from the Ukraine, hence I priced around and got some ordered. It ain't gonna be any cheaper in the near future if you can even get it.
