Around a third of my work can be done on red diesel. It's more like six months supply- who knows what will happen in the next few months!
Frankly if we end up in war or worse I couldn't give a s**t what colour the diesel is!

Christ and I thought 74.5 ppl was dear for 1500l about 2 week ago. I guess at least the step up to white isn't as big for you.

And if you think thats bad... just checked with Crown Oil and they quoted me 118ppl for 2000l red!!!

From my 2 year experience most machines spend half time sitting ticking over,will have big cash flow impact now the mass muckshift is on going,11/2 ton electric mini diggers ain't gonna cut it, currently putting 1000 litres a week into machine I'm on,not to bad really,target in computer is 42L hour, currently between 15/25L hour,on eco down 4 clicks from maxGoing past HS2 sites today made me wonder what the increase ££to the project will be from the red diesel fiasco

Just been quoted £1.15p ex cat for red maybe by Tuesday but might go up. Or £1.13p plus vat for upto 500l off barrel pump in yard. Other firm offering 1.125 but no delivery slots so will likely go up crazy

A soil stabilisation firm I work for use 100000l of red a month…
They are reckoning on £50-100k/year ‘wastage’ when they switch to white, with staff filling cars from bowsers etc.

It's going to be absolute chaos on the forecourts in the mornings soon, pick up trucks towing mini-diggers putting in £30 worth of fuel in the digger and taking up the space of two cars . Reckon by the time they've bought their coffee and bragged to their opposition about how much money they're making the main roads will be grid locked
