Best battery caulk gun?

Just sticking the LDV wheel arches back together with TigerSeal... any recommendations for best battery caulking gun? One that runs the slightly larger 400ml catridges (such as MultiStick) would be good. I already have Makita, Milwaukee and Dewalt batteries.



And whilst talking wheel arches- have wire brushed back, rust treated with either Corroless primer or Vactan (lets see which works best!) and am planning to add a few coats red oxide primer. What then? Underseal or just Waxoyl (BiltHamber I use).

Always seems to be 50/50 to that question so let's see what you all reckon.

My Makita caulking gun is one of the handiest tools. I wouldn’t be without it.
not sure if you can get it as a complete kit, but it is worth getting the skeleton kit for it as an extra, so you can use 400ml tubes in, 400ml tubes fit in the standard tube no problem, with a different plunger, but it’s then quite bulky as a 400ml gun. We put a lot of 600ml sausage tubes through ours, so have the big tube on it most of the time. But when you need it to be more compact it’s worth having the skeleton kit and the 5 mins it takes to install it on the gun.
Have never regretted the purchase.

Get a Milwaukee ..might double the value of the Sherpa tho if u left it in it.

well if he mixes a little Ali primer into his schultz he'll get a gold finish ....... (discovered by accident many years ago )

i have the dewalt one, its clever design as it reverses the motor for a fraction when you let go of the trigger so you dont end up with that a glob dripping off.

IT came with 2 tube holders, a metal one for the bagged tubes and the normal one for plastic.
