Our little trailer crane out earning its keep yesterday. The oil tank was a pig as it had a split inner so fluid in the bund we couldn't access, but making it heavy, plus dancing around a tree as well.

Handy looking set up! Did you have it fabricated?
Yes it was last years project. we already had the trailer LM105 which was a 2018 model, but had been replaced by our taillift van, and I bought the crane on a different trailer on FB market place before covid. We have a VERY talented local fabricator who built the 2 units together for us. We use it mainly for delivering and collecting steel bunded oil tanks.

Its perfect on nose weight. This is a better photo showing the front. The power is 2 x 24 lorry batteries, the box is over engineered and Carrys all the tools/straps/spare wheel and has space for 2 more batteries if I want the weight/power (which I dont) the hydraulic pump is up under the front as well. It balances out very well, set it up with crane scales on my gantry. Havent weighed the trailer yet 🤣 it has passed its LOLER though.

Havent weighed trailer yet but Fag packet design calcs said about 2000kg. Trailer is 3.5 with a 2.7 hitch that's now been replaced with a 3.5 hitch so payload should be 1.5t approx. Steel bunded tanks weigh upto 800kg. Most weigh 525/575kg and trailer will throw them about 4m. I can go further over the back if its hitched up and I wind the hydraulic valves open a bit more. Will reach 7m out and 9m up but only safely/legally lift 160kg (but can double that with ballast and adjustments!)

Fassi F30.322 I think. About 13K for the bare unit last time i checked (about 18 months ago) I was lucky to mine for about 10K less than that.
That was a great find, did you say you took it off another trailer combo?
