We have asked you to get in touch and we will happily help you please provide us the serial number a telephone number or contact us on 07919203185 and like we have said many months ago we will do one of 3 things
We will either send all parts out under warranty.
more replace the machine or will give a full refund .
but you need to contact us as nothing will get sorted posting on the page
We are the main importer of the brand and wish for you to get in touch .
how can we put the machine right or sort the machine out , when you have not got in touch with us . Under the consumer rights act
We have 3 options
1 . The machine gets returned to the dealer you bought it from
It gets inspected and checked for defects and fully repaired for any defects found in a timely manner
2. The machine gets replaced for another machine if we can not repairs for any reason
3. Which if you feel you have had no luck with the machine the please call us and we will give you a full refund and take the machine back from you .
mall carter brands are tested and go though TUV for the NEW UKCA testing
We did ask you months ago to get in touch and tell us about your issues for us to put right .
We will await for your phone call so we can sort your machines issues promptly

"..... we got rid of our Carters fed up sending fitters out to repair them. Even the exhaust shook itself to bits......!

So I cannot say I wasn't warned.

Words fail me with this bag of s**t. Today out on a job and the hydraulics failed. Ram won't retract.

Perhaps Mr Carter UK and NI would like to comment.

That picture has been photoshopped"
"Wrong type of diesel smoke"
"The CT08 and CT10 are for DIYer and smallholders. The digger knows the difference and will vibrate differently.

.....and another problem. After getting the ram fixed we now have another hydraulic failure. Just look at the hydraulic fluid coming out of the spool.
Think I've got a Chinese weekend machine after a heavy night on the beer. Fri sat sun but no Mon Tue.

In no way frozen but if someone had a real problem they wouldn’t ignore phone calls to fix it . You can buy any item in the world but if there is an issue nothing can be done if there is no report of an issue is made .
