My old man did that, many moos ago when he ran a tipper, bloke in the weigh bridge office said, really sarcastically, “now then….where am I going to send you, this afternoon…..” implying he was about to fukc up his day….
Dad said “don’t worry mate, I know exactly where I’m going to tip it…” and walked out the door, knocked the lock off the tailgate as he walked past and upped the feckin lot right there n then! 😂😂

IIRC, remember reading some where that they couldn't get this m/c to site any other way ... tail weight and dipper, etc., off ... still way over, but private roads ... crack on ..... that tyre is taking some hammer

Depending on country of origin that may we'll be a legal set up.
Can't remember the name of the lorry but can remember they have 15t drive axles and 12.5t steer axles giving them a gvw of 55t.
That's a 52t machine less dipper and bucket which must be 4t and rear counterweight which must be getting on for 10t so as long as the lorry is less than 17t and local laws allow it it's legit. Even if it looks dodgy as sin

f**k sake not this old chestnut here now! Every time it appears on Facebook on old girls graham rush or me have to post about 70 times explaining it’s not a normal 8 wheeler it’s a iveco Astra hhd9 good for upto 60 odd tons
