Who from can't leave us hanging like that mogAnyway got 4 top rollers 16 bolts and delivered next day for £445 including vat so happy with that
just need to get the remaining oneoff and extract the bolts now

Ha ha, they are just M16 10.9 have a few of them here

Managed to swop two out of the three top rollers easy just jacked up the track and undid simples was-bloody tight
But the other one had pulled the thread out of one hole and sheared the other three bolts off
tried the obvious weld a washer on then a nut but were too tight and just screwed the nuts off
so drilled one to try an easy out no use way too tight
So on to plane C
cut the carrier off so I could get it in the drill press managed to drill out and re-tap
then glued it back onto the X frame
all bolted up ready for action

.... deffo the easiest solution to that problem ... were they forgings, you think?? looks to have had a 299 weld holding it on originally or'd you polish the weld up for the photoshoot Footer block 1
