see their stuff all over once ... surprised to see that they look a bit like a hole in the wall outfit ... pictures certainly give that impression - neglected:(:(

Strikes me being like fabricators shops where in the 80s surprised not load of topless or glamour pics up lol but if youve not been exposed to newer working practices and shiny floors and tidying up etc then they stay that way like the farms we work on that are s**t holes because it’s passed on father to son they never work elsewhere so don’t see how others do it’s

They have a couple hydraulic cranes in the workshop, looks like they could have been used for lifting some of the heavier stuff. Unusual for a fab shop like this 🤔

yeh see those ..... handy for turning bigger stuff and seem 'tucked away' so easier than waiting for an FLT or gantry ... often thought one'd be handy in the shop, but could get FLTs to 98% of it, or a crane if it was really heavy / awkward .... can well see the advantages of having them there though and could even be shared by a couple/few workstations .... much like a swing jib.

Ah , containers are expensive at the moment because nobody wants them back and they cost a lot to block up the ports with and a lot to haul a few hundred miles to expensive storage sites and costs to look after them so that has to be added to what they would have cost.
If you need one urgently then the one you want will have to be taken from the port nearest you to the storage facility oop North before being transferred to their nominated despatch facility before delivery to your site.
Oh , you said a twenty footer , now that's with it's twin that's being dropped in Aberdeen so the delivery will be a bit more 🤪

I haven't moved plant for weeks, (the tractors must be doing it all ☹️) but moving (storage) containers are busy, even though the prices seem sky high on them.
