Hi folks
Based on DVSA (used to be VOSA) rules as per the attached screen shots i take it i can put a 2.7 ton excavator in the back of the iveco daily 70C because driving the van isn't my job but driver the digger is.
So a iveco daily is 7.0 tons gross vehicle weight.
Take the weight of the van at 2.3 tons that leaves you a payload of 4.7 tons.
The XLWB of 7.1 metres means I could get my 2.7 ton digger in the back as well as my 1 ton dumper.
