good -ish price that for a forty if it's tidy ..... so much more space in 'em too :)

Yeah it was in good enough condition and dry inside and that’s the main thing.

Bet you it was cheaper than what I payed  seen some 40ft containers going cheaper than 20ft ones. 20ft is a more desirable size for us doing site work easier for us to transport and can lift on and off with a digger each end if the planning is done correct.

LOL ... it was .... a lot. ...
me two 'stores' boxes cost me 500 quid each .....
had a call from a site agent in Hereford one day, many years ago, asking if it was right I was looking for some?
he was clearing a site off and he had 10 that had to go.....
said send two down ... if they're crap they'll stay on the trucks ..... should've bought all 10 of 'em :( ..... were like 1400 quid at the time for tidy boxes

me tool box was 200 quid .... but had to go get that from 20 miles away....had fallen over and had a big dent in the n/side... 'bout 20ft long.
when I got it back to me yard, I just put the Rapier crane boom's head against it and worked me way along, pushing it back in with the tele :giggle: .... few marks in it still, but good enough ;)(y)....has served me well for over thirty plus years and still dry
I might have some pix of the dent somewhereo_O ... was major and about 12-18" out in places......went back sweet :)

There we go, fits in quite nicely 😀 and room for 2 more when the old shed falls down 😂. Not bad nick for free.
