You of all people can't come out with that after lumping a load of tooling in a skip because you where 'sick' :ROFLMAO:
my yard clear out damned near killed me ....... in all senses Rory :( .... wasn't really well enough to be doing it, but .... I had a completion date to meet, to start 'the next chapter'
in 30 odd years self employed, the only things that stopped me getting in to work was pneumonia x 2, pleurisy and a mystery illness (most likely swine flu?) which hospitalised my mother for a week and put me in a hell of a knot................... and then a blues and twos ride to hospital in the middle of the night, with my body shutting down, that stopped me dead in my tracks and 'finished' my self employment. :( ..... didn't think I was ever coming out, let alone returning to work :rolleyes: .. rest is history.;)
won't be doing a great deal today either after a very bad night - still pi**ed from the tramadol/paracetamol pain killer cocktail, at 2 am last night :mad:

i just took the plunge and jacked in the fitter/driver job at gap and gone to be a milkman on night is a near 5 grand payrise to start with and job and knock most of them finish around 6am so home sleep and up again around 2ish (used to do nights years ago so know my limits) with the odd day a month where i will sleep extra. was a no brainer really less stress less responsibility less chance of getting screwed over cause a customer didn't do something right more money more time at home for projects and more time to go to gigs

Cheers guys won't lie is a big step as means hanging up the tools for the time being and not being around plant but have to look at the long run and once I am settled and got the house list of jobs down to zero 🙄🙄 I might see if I can pick up something to do here and there or buy something old to do up to keep my hand on

I’ve really enjoyed watching the sheeple queue for diesel.
Same...luck would have it I was brim full end of last week plus "reserve" is full. The fact we didn't get our white tank last year is beginning to piss me off now tho😏

SWMBO always 'moans' at me for keeping the vehicles well filled -- get to half and i'll fill it -- never know when you might have to do 200 miles in the middle of the night to Plymouth  or whatever ... have always kept me vehicles full .... no complaints ATM :giggle: ...
give it a few more days an' there'll be so much fuel sat in driveways and their garages it'll get back to normal .....
as usual, media fuelled panic/hysteria 🤬🤬
they need muzzling on certain aspects/issues
