I'd guess French or Dutch ... big elastic band suspension stretched between the pins at the front of the wish bones ... possibly a twin bike trailer or a small dual keel sail boat, but doesn't look man enough for the latter ... or some specialist ag. implement 'praps ... ....Bikes is my fave TBH

History is , chap had it for his black shadow. The rubber strap things suspension have gone.

the straps'll take some finding, I'd guess ... look in France/Holland ...... the name of the makers might come to me ... I binned a similar French trailer with the same set up decades ago ..... the wheels made a nice bottle trolley and amazingly were braked hubs .... ummed and arred about keeping the wheels and hubs when I cleared the yard and stuck the trolley in the skip

Certainly of the 'right period' for what you want to use it for Dylan and would guess extremely rare now.

Oddly there doesn't seem to appear to be any shock absorbers on it ... pretty sure the one I lopped up had shockers ... would imagine it'd be like Zebedee without them
that said .. a search for the correct terminology - Lama remorques - brings up loads

Well collected trailer as said before foc. My mate found the suspension parts in France about £40 each. So £80 plus carriage.
