Franke ones do, and the last one I fitted completely does away with the hot supply from the boiler to the kitchen tap too!

Is this the only one which does this? What's flow rate like on normal pot washing temp water? Might go down this route next time do away with pipework from boiler.

Not sure tbh, I was just fitting it for a mate. I’d actually first fixed for a normal kitchen sink, didnt realise the non-boiling hot was fed from the same store. I believe it was around £1000 so not cheap!

our new worchester boiler sends it out at 55 deg, surely that would be capped at point of manufacture if that was the case?

It’s not gas safe, it’s part G of the building regulations. As far as I know it only applies to baths fitted in new build properties that should have a thermostatic mixing valve.

boiler can make any temp it likes, building control look for temp check valves on the tap outlets loop.
