JCB 8025 Alternator

Hi guys, it would appear the nut from the bottom alternator bolt has decided to part from its bolt, I suppose they’ve divorced.

The bolt is now protruding and having an argument with the fan blade…..

Im going to do the decent thing and try to reunite them, the only problem being from the engine bay it is simply impossible to get to where the nut resides.

I haven’t looked at it but does anyone know if there is a panel behind the seat you can take out to get access?

If there isn’t it looks like you’d have to take the feckin engine out….

I wasn't sure. In that case, a set of long reach pliers with varying degrees of crank on the ends can pay dividends.
