To be fair it’s nice to see someone enjoying themselves as much as he seems to be

I think he does a good job of bringing over some serious points about the challenges farming faces with lots of the usual humour and some "set up" scenes where he fails. Cheerful Charlie clearly knows what he's doing and brings reality to Clarkson, and Caleb is a great lad and comes across very genuine. Its worth a watch for sure.

Watch the series a couple weeks back, he does a good job of highlighting the struggles with farming at the moment. He was modest in starting off with used equipment. He could have very easily had brand new equipment from a sponsor.

Clarkson... A proper bloke in this fkked up world.
BBC shot themselves in the foot big style .
In fairness punching the man over cold meat was a bit negative.... trouble is I think we would actually find truth be know the BBC wanted him gone as he didn't fit there plans for the future.... Bigger wankers have stayed for less.

Having seen how he treats lackeys on a shoot once, my opinion is the mans more than a bit of a ****.

I like cake
the guy dropping him the sheep is my old farmer / landlord. Lovely guy

The series is epic. Really enjoyed and in a way very informative. In clarksons silly way it shows how hard farming is.
Example, when it doesn't rain so he grabs a big bowser and heads to the farm stream. Then sets about spreading and does about 1.5 lines in the field and its empty. For those who really dont know how hard it is to farm

Great series. If you watch the ep where he digs the pond in the 360 you never actually see a shot of him doing the proper digging in the machine. The boom or something else is always suspiciously in the way. Then you notice he's wearing wellies and you see the machine drivers boots. Ruined it a bit for me but then I suppose it is tv. They've just let him have a play in a field for all the go pro cab shots.

I thought proper machine drivers don`t wear boots in the cab?
