A lot of those lots have been on, or are on ebay, and a lot of the pictures I would say are quite old, trees in full leaf, lush green grass etc. I don't think I would like to bid without seeing the item first.

Yeah noticed the same alot of the minis were on eBay and even using the same pics

these start prices on these on line auctions are a joke, most of the time
an auction starts where the bidders want to start, not where they're told to.

I very much doubt that much is sold on these on line sales ... too bloody dear to kick off with, let alone finish at .... and then, as said, add all the bollox on top .... 'swhy I've stopped bothering to attend Brightwells - a grand bid is 1500 quid+, out of the gate

Had a look and I’ve seen some of that gear for sale recently at twice the price so I guess they couldn’t sell
