word only used in English as a plural.
I can only imagine what an American/Stoke/West-country accent sounds like!..

It’s got a fairly sarcastic tone....

When are they worth it?
Got a job to clear some scrub wondering if it’s worth having a tree shear, or maybe hiring one?
Alternative is just take chainsaw and have a day on it first.

likeky be on 5 or 8 tonner not decided which one to take yet

I am thinking with the thumb coming off the 5 to put the tilt hitch on just to get a grab either manual or hydraulic
An hour this morning with a sharp chain 👍

machine arrives in the morning haha

That bucket will be ideal hung off the blade. A really useful adition to anything with a blade.
Has anyone done this to a duck with Jack’s at the back ? Or hung it from a front mounted blade ?

My duck had the blade on the back I'm afraid. It was only a 14t machine, but I could carry 2t in the tray okay. Slowed it down a bit on hills, but was always pretty crap on hills anyway.

Intermercato tiger cut tree shears on ebay. Anyone thinking of buying a set Intermercato are likely to be good quality, but as the advert says, little use. I would guess a lot of people have bought shears and found they hardly use them, but at the right price second hand it is not so much of an issue.

I have had mine for 1 year now. I wouldn't go back to chainsaws anymore. I have only small bushes to deal with so I using fairly light model from KX Treeshears. For my opinion easy to use at least when you're dealing with small trees. I wouldn't try log trees with them.
