Is anyone using them and if so what ?
Lots for lorries that we already use but not so many for plant.
Wants to be able to email a report straight to office.........

Thanks for the replies.
We already use a spreadsheet to keep track of service records. What i was looking for was one the operators could have that fed back to the office with hours checked and any issues. Only one i have found so far is a £1 a week per vehicle. (checkedsafe)

if your company uses office 365 for email/word etc it comes with a package called forms. You turn your daily check spreadsheet into a 'form' (easy if you can do a spreadsheet you can do a form). You can also include photo's as part of them and its free with 365.

To take it to the next level where you can assign issues to different people ,if your firm is a larger setup, automatically based on the form Microsoft call it workflow. again free for upto 750 processes a month. Pay a contractor a days money to make it all for you.

Do the whole thing on your phone or tablet.
