On a close look I don't think they are quite as bad as they first look 
On a similar theme, for a plant dealer I do some transport for, I collected some kx080s similar hours, and the tracks where proper slicks. I put it down to the machine had been working on the hard shoulder or similar al its life, now I`m thinking OE tracks are a soft compound?
I have heard Kubota parts had an offer on, on tracks.

A lot of rubber products (tyres etc) don't have the same oils etc in them anymore, more synthetic replacements and i don't think last as long. Dry out and crack a lot sooner than they used to. I've been sceptical of how long tracks are gonna last on my last two new takis but despite looking scruffy fairly quickly they haven't got much worse since.On a close look I don't think they are quite as bad as they first look

No idea, but the first thing the new owner should change is the final drive oils.

I would say anywhere from 35-45 k she’s still 5 years old snd it only takes one driver a hour or two to turn her into a mess
