How to get seat armrest off case cx 130

Hi All
I’m trying to fit a seat cover to my case . I need to take the arm rests off there is a plastic cap that I’ve been abusing but it won’t shift . Has anyone done this before ? You can see the black plastic bit on the side of the seat . Do I just need to be more brutal or is there a knack . Also why are the feckin pictures turning 90degrees?

When you fold up armrest can you see any slots for a clip, on some machines they are held on by a sliding clip from underneath

Top comes of armrest on the Hitachi then bolts holding on

if in doubt we use chains and another digger for fine adjusments that seem tricky

That pic is the same as mine I just took the top off . Where is the bolt holding it to the seat ?
it’s probably obvious but I can’t feckin figure it out

Cmon Reg , do you really think I’d be asking the question on the forum if I had another machine available on the site .

If you take out the 2 bolts arm should slide of then, tried it on the digger the now and it slides of

Perfect Alan cheers ! It’s exactly the same as mine . What a forum this is !! Where else would someone take there machine apart to help you fix yours !!!

Didn't want to say it would work without trying it myself, only took a minute, handy to know how to do for future reference
