Hey all, I would love to see peoples solutions for grabs or thumbs with a tilt-rotator. The engcon grabs are great, but super expensive and really heavy for machines on the small end (my 1.8 for example)

I'm thinking about buying a fixed type, two part grab, and using it under the tilt-rotator, ( I know i can't tilt/rotate) or converting my current thumb to be stick mount and compatible With the Eco2 we have ordered!

Intermercato Tigergrip grabs are very good and really lightweight, but I'm not sure if they are available in the States.

We do a full range of grabs for all tiltrotators. Log grabs, finger grabs and selector grabs. As well as custom built grabs etc.

The DGS012 selector grab is a lovely little grab for the small tiltrotators, light but strong.

What style have you got in mind?

A tractor top link would work and give lots of adjustment
It sort of works but the stack height of a tilt unit makes it very snappy and no holding power. Wouldn't recommend.

Really on that size machine you need to be looking at dropping the tilty off to mount any sort of grab. Unfortunately you are now discovering what I've known for years- that a tilt or tiltrotator is nice on a 1.5t machine for 25% of the time, and a major drawback for the remainder.

Being small you could just pull the pins each time but it's a faff. And a top hitch would be yet more stack height.
