Shame he gave into the customer blackmail and paid him to take the post down. Should have called him out for blackmailing him. I'm sure there are plenty of professionally offended people who would pretend to be offended, but I bet 99% of people who purchase machine tools from them would consider it a genuine mistake and accept an apology and maybe a box of unopened Kitkats as good will.

Sad thing about the social media world we now live people are far too quick to post it on there rather than make contact with sender and allow them to apologise. I've not met anyone from this forum but anything i say to anyone on here i would say to their face if i met them in person. Too many out there on social media giving it the big "I AM" cos there hiding behind a screen.
