I have cards from 3 different people, with 2 supplying cards for 2 or 3 different networks. some need a little fuel drawing to keep their prices inline, others not using them brings if down.
The two companies supplying the multiple networks, the account manager calls to see how they doing on price, screw them on price and use them a bit, keeps them sweet for a few weeks.

I`ve got some off fuel card services, they are around 96ppl this week. He`s not drawing much though, only 200 litres or so a week, but its convenient.

I had their card last year but cancelled it when they started taking the piss with pricing. It was about 3ppl cheaper to pay at the pump at the same filling station. Funnily enough their price came crashing down when I wanted to cancel but it was too late, they’d had their chance. I now have a be Fuelcards one, it’s about 10ppl cheaper than pump price, works out about the same as supermarket price though.

They all have a tendency to play that game if you don’t monitor them - UK Fuels were robbing me blind for a while when I took my eye off the ball...
I use Fuel Genie now which works in supermarkets and is charged at the pump price (so no actual saving to be had, but no worries about monitoring what they charge either). For convenience (one invoice covering all cards/vehicles and no missing receipts) it’s great as far as I’m concerned.

Aye they do, the issue was they were never sending me price updates and the invoices weren’t very clear to work it out. The one I have now gives me a text weekly with the price so easier to keep an eye on. Where I am a BP card works best for me so I’m a bit limited on choice.

Red here (Cheshire, centre of the known universe) was 52.95, with performance/anti sludge additive was 54.95 (which I ordered), or 63.50 for HVO30 (all plus vat).
