Someone tell me to advantage Yanmar fuel filter.
We have no idea which Yanmar filter you are asking about, but for the small stationary engines with in-tank filters, I've seen several of the chinese filters disintegrate in the tank leaving a fibrous soup sloshing around with the fuel.

Interesting thread, I have just sold a JCB 535-125 to a returning customer in Jamaica, he bought JCB 3CX from me in 2019.

Anyhow he wants me to provide 5 service kits for each machine. JCB are about £190 a kit if not more, aftermarket decent filters are £120-£130 a set...

What would you buy

For my own use, I tend to use Donalson or Ryco (an Oz manufacturer) due to availability, but for your customer, I think I'd do two quotes and him decide.

oh I have given him the option. Like yourselves we buy Rico most of the time. The only time we don’t is for 3cx machines. A good £190 in filters for that one from jcb but they are usually from owner ops snd sold to owner ops so had jcb for life
